VACANCY: Administrative & Operations Support Officer​

Location: Brick House, Bluesteels Boulevard, Market Junction, Rumuomasi, Aba Road, Port Harcourt.

Moses Freights Ltd is expanding its operations in Port Harcourt and requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills to support both administration and client engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and reporting.
  • Communicate with clients and partners professionally, supporting the marketing team.
  • Research and learn new digital tools and applications to improve workflow.
  • Use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity apps.
  • Support the team with customer relations and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HND or equivalent considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new apps/software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
  • Must reside close to Rumuomasi / Aba Road areafor easy daily commute.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
