VACANCY: Administrative & Operations Support Officer
Location: Brick House, Bluesteels Boulevard, Market Junction, Rumuomasi, Aba Road, Port Harcourt.

Moses Freights Ltd is expanding its operations in Port Harcourt and requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills to support both administration and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination.
- Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and reporting.
- Communicate with clients and partners professionally, supporting the marketing team.
- Research and learn new digital tools and applications to improve workflow.
- Use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity apps.
- Support the team with customer relations and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HND or equivalent considered).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new apps/software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
- Must reside close to Rumuomasi / Aba Road areafor easy daily commute.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
